Jerry Reyes
Co-Founder
Jerry's upbringing occurred in the agricultural hub of Bansalan Municipality, where he spent his early years assisting his parents on their modest farm. In honor of his father's unfulfilled aspiration to become a banker, Jerry pursued a degree in accountancy from a prestigious university in Cebu. Following graduation, he commenced his career with Fast Cargo Transport Corporation in General Santos, serving as an accountant for more than ten years.
Despite his success, Jerry yearned for something more significant, and thus co-founded YM Cargo Transport Corporation alongside his brother and cousins. After years of growing and leading YM, he felt compelled to embark on a new endeavor and established the SMTI cargo transport group of companies

Juan Dela Cruz
Co-Founder
Ramier hails from the heart of Bansalan Municipality, and raised in Cebu city. Being a natural leader during his younger days, he was actively involved in various humanitarian and student organizations. In pursuit of his desire to aid the underprivileged, he completed his studies in AB Economics and Hotel and Restaurant Management with the intention of pursuing a career in law. However, unforeseen circumstances led him down a different path.
In 1992, Ramier began his career as an Investment Consultant in the financial market, where he worked for two years. Following this, he spent more than a decade as a Distributor Specialist in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. In 2011, he joined the logistics industry as VP Marketing at YM Cargo Transport Corporation.
In 2020, Ramier decided to chart a new path by launching his own logistics company. After several years of operation, he teamed up with SMTI, leading the corporation towards a more prosperous future through his vast experience and expertise.
